Madhumita Mitra is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent development, employee engagement, and strategic human resource management. Currently serving as the Global People Solutions Owner (Frontline) and Global Talent Development and Deployment Partner at A.P. Moller - Maersk since August 2022, Madhumita has previously held significant roles, including CHRO & Senior Vice President of HR at Welspun Group and Global Head of Employee Engagement at Maersk. With a career spanning over two decades, Madhumita has also contributed to organizations such as The Linde Group, Aircel Limited, Unilever, and Adecco, focusing on talent management, learning and development, and operational efficiency across multiple regions. Madhumita holds an MBA in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management and a Bachelor of Science from Scottish Church College.
