Manlio Solis

Manlio Solis is currently the Global Head of Service Desk at A.P. Moller - Maersk, a position held since 2023. Previously, Solis served as the Services Desk Manager for Colgate Palmolive, overseeing 24/7 operations across the Americas, and as a Transition SME/Operation Center Regional Supervisor for ACS, managing first level support operations for Latin America. With extensive experience at ACS, Solis led teams in various roles, including ITO-Global Desktop Services Operations Supervisor, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and managing a diverse user base. Solis holds experience in project management, incident management, and quality assurance within the Information Technology sector.
