Marilie Gabriel-Colon

Marilie Gabriel-Colon is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR strategy development, compliance, and operational management. Currently a People Partner at A.P. Moller - Maersk since October 2024, Marilie previously served as a Human Resources Generalist at Remis America LLC, where responsibilities included managing payroll and ensuring compliance with regulations. Prior experience at Envoy Air included roles such as HR Compliance Specialist, where Marilie ensured adherence to DOT regulations and expanded compliance programs, as well as Supervisor HUB Administration, overseeing staffing for significant operational tasks. Marilie holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and Affairs from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Bachelor's degree in Arts in Modern Languages from Universidad de Puerto Rico.
