Paula Proença

Paula Proença is a bilingual HR generalist and strategic professional currently serving as the HR Business Partner Americas at APM Terminals. With over 8 years of experience in multinational companies, Paula was previously the HR Manager at Maersk Supply Service, where they led HR functions in Brazil and managed talent development, performance, and labor relations. Paula also held the HR Manager position at Svitzer, overseeing the implementation of Maersk Group culture and supporting organizational growth through recruitment and engagement initiatives. Paula holds a degree in Marketing from ESPM and an MBA in Human Resources from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, and is currently pursuing an Executive Management degree at Ohio University.
