Poonam Kadam is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Global People Partner Manager and Technology HR Partner at A.P. Moller - Maersk. Previously, Poonam held the role of Associate Director HR Business Partner at TIAA and has extensive experience as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at AXA. Poonam began the career as an HR Engagement Partner at Maersk Global Service Centres and has also worked as an HR Business Partner at Tech Mahindra. Poonam holds a Master of Business Studies in Human Resources from Savitribai Phule Pune University and has completed further studies at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
