Ramona Sandu

Ramona Sandu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and human resources. Currently, Ramona serves as the Global Head of Talent Partnering at A.P. Moller - Maersk, having previously held roles such as Regional Talent Partner for Ocean & Logistics and Senior Human Resources Business Partner within the same organization. Prior to joining A.P. Moller - Maersk, Ramona was the Head of People at Twill and took a sabbatical after working as the Change and Engage Manager at Shell. Ramona also has a background as a Management Consultant specializing in Change Management and HR at Accenture. Academically, Ramona holds an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philology with a major in English from Universitatea OVIDIUS din Constanta.
