René Koopman

René Koopman is an experienced legal professional with a commercial and collaborative mindset. René currently holds the position of General Counsel Europe & North Africa at A.P. Moller - Maersk. In addition to this role, René has held various other senior legal positions within APM Terminals and other prestigious law firms. René also serves as Chairman of the Board at APM Terminals Valencia and is a member of several advisory and management boards in the industry. René has a strong educational background, including a Bachelor's degree in Law from Utrecht University and an LL.M in Law from the University of Amsterdam.
