Varsha C. currently holds the position of Global Head of Talent Acquisition Training & Process Excellence at A.P. Moller - Maersk since September 2018, where Varsha also serves as a Talent Acquisition partner in the APAC People Partnering Organization and previously as Operations and Recruitment & Operations Manager. Prior to this role, Varsha C. worked at Hindustan Unilever Limited from April 2012 to September 2018, contributing as HRBP for Enterprise and Technology Solutions and as Assistant HR Manager in Organizational Development & Change. Varsha’s career began at the Welingkar Institute of Management, where Varsha studied Business Design, completing the program in April 2012.
