Erica Foster

Erica Foster is a marketing professional with extensive experience in various roles within the construction and fashion industries. Currently serving as Marketing Manager at Maertens-Brenny Construction Company since March 2021, Erica focuses on developing relationships and leading company rebranding efforts. Prior experience includes a position as Stylist at Stitch Fix, where personalized styling services were provided to clients, and as a Marketing and Proposal Consultant in self-employment, overseeing the complete proposal process. In previous roles at Hensel Phelps Construction Co. and Clark Construction Group, Erica managed RFQ/RFP responses, created marketing materials, and coordinated proposal processes. Erica holds a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Biola University.
