Bénédicte ALEXANDRE is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in new project development, packaging, and product management in the cosmetics industry. Currently serving as Directrice New Project Development at Maesa since August 2021, Bénédicte leads the development of home and cosmetic products, translating marketing briefs into technical solutions while overseeing project management and supplier negotiations. Previously, Bénédicte held various roles at L'Oréal from 1996 to April 2021, including Project Manager Officer for Laboratoires Hair, where innovative formula development was a key focus, and responsible for the industrial development of products at DECLEOR and La Roche-Posay. Bénédicte's background includes a degree in packaging and conditioning engineering from Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne, further solidifying expertise in product lifecycle management and industrial processes in the beauty sector.
