Krista Lausman

Krista Lausman is an accomplished professional with significant experience in strategy and transformation within leading consulting and corporate environments. Currently serving as the VP of Strategy & Transformation at Maesa, a Bain Capital portfolio company, Krista leads strategic planning, value creation initiatives, and sustainability efforts. Prior to Maesa, Krista worked at L.E.K. Consulting, where the roles progressed from Strategy Consultant to Engagement Manager, focusing on growth strategy and M&A for private equity and consumer sectors. Earlier experience at Mercer involved management consulting with an emphasis on organizational design and workforce strategies for tech and consumer companies. Krista holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from Georgetown University and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
