Ireland's prior roles include Executive Assistant at Options Counseling and Family Services, where coordination of communications and events was a key responsibility, and Director of Development at the Center Against Rape & Domestic Violence, focusing on donor relations and event management. Ireland also has a solid academic foundation with a Master's and Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Western Michigan University, complemented by experience as an Assistant Director and Instructor at the same institution.
