Anne Brunson, CCXP

Anne Brunson, CCXP has a comprehensive work experience in various leadership roles throughout their career. Anne also introduced usability studies before making web changes. Anne served as the Managing Director of Retail Strategy at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island from May 2013 to January 2016 and as the Managing Director of Customer and Provider Services from 2009 to 2013.

Before their tenure at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island, Anne held director and vice president positions at Image Craft Inc, Premier Greetings/Paramount Cards, Premier Greetings, and Paramount Cards, Inc. in customer service and customer care roles.
