Diana Downs has over 35 years of experience in the IT industry. Diana began their career in 1985 at Discover Financial Services as an Incident Manager/Business Analyst/Lan Administrator, where they were part of the Rapid Response Team (RRT) and communicated closely with Business, Applications partners and vendors. In 2008, they moved to Citi as an Incident Management/Business Analyst. Diana then joined Enterprise Iron Financial Industry Solutions, Inc. as a Principal Consultant in 2013. In 2014, they became an Identity Access Administrator at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they were responsible for provisioning user and functional accounts on a wide variety of applications and environments, globally for the large financial bank. In 2021, they joined Centene Corporation as an Identity Access Management and in 2022, they began working as an Identity Management Consultant at Maestro Technologies, Inc. Most recently, they have been working as an Identity Management/Cybersecurity consultant to Morgan Stanley at Collabera Inc. since 2018, where they are responsible for provisioning and de-provisioning user and functional accounts in RACF, OnDemand and other 3rd party applications, using tools, such as Service Now and Enterprise, Provisioning and Reporting (EPR) in a global environment.

Diana Downs has a diploma from Northland High School and an Associate's Degree in Data Processing from ITT Technical Institute, both of which were completed in the 1980s. In 2003, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
