Andie Goc is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and management across various sectors, particularly in fashion and beauty. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Maev since November 2024, Andie previously held leadership positions at CHANEL from January 2020 to October 2024, overseeing talent acquisition for multiple regions and divisions. With a strong background in strategic recruitment from roles at 24 Seven Inc., where Andie was the Director of Recruiting, and earlier positions at Anthropologie, Andie has demonstrated expertise in managing recruitment processes, developing talent pipelines, and mentoring teams.
