Alexandra Karakolis

Alexandra Karakolis is an experienced HR specialist and recruiter currently employed at Maeve Aerospace since July 2022. In addition to this role, Alexandra is the founder of Cruelty-Free Babe established in June 2021 and previously served as a life purpose and career coach at AK Coaching from January 2019 to June 2021. Alexandra started their career as a Human Resources and Recruitment Trainee at EUROCONTROL, where responsibilities included supporting the recruitment process for Air Traffic Controller students and contributing to employer branding activities. Alexandra holds a Master’s Degree in Positive Organizational Psychology from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Sheffield.
