Mark Scholten

Mark Scholten is a dedicated CAD engineer with a strong background in aerostructures, mechanical engineering, and production processes. Since November 2022, Mark has been contributing to Maeve Aerospace. Prior experience includes a role as Structures Engineer at Ampyx Power, where involvement with the design and testing of airborne wind energy systems was prominent. Previous positions encompass mechanical engineering at Revicon bv, where static strength calculations for offshore structures were performed, and roles at Fokker Elmo B.V. and Fokker AeroStructures focusing on CAD engineering and production manuals for aircraft components. Mark's career foundation includes work in various engineering and technical roles at multiple companies, as well as a unique experience as a pacemaker technician. Mark holds educational qualifications from Delft University of Technology and Leids Universitair Medisch Centrum.
