Miroslaw Kastelik has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Miroslaw began their career as a Financial Analyst at Bank Przemyslowo-Handlowy S.A. in 1993 before moving on to The Coca-Cola Company as a Depot Accountant. Kastelik then worked at Sprint R.P. Telecom as the Manager of the Accounts Payable Department. Miroslaw later became the Deputy Chief Accountant at Kraft Jacobs Suchard and the Accounting Manager at Zaklady Piwowarskie Zywiec S.A.
In 1998, Kastelik joined Isuzu Motors Polska Sp.z o.o. as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accountant. Miroslaw then transitioned to Tele-Fonika Kable Sp.z o.o S.K.A., where they held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of the Management Board.
Kastelik continued to progress in their career and in 2011, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Maflow Group - Boryszew. Miroslaw then moved on to the Unipetrol Group, where they held various leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Board of Directors. During their time at Unipetrol, they were responsible for various areas such as treasury, accounting, supply chain management, and investor relations.
In 2019, Kastelik returned to Maflow Group - Boryszew as the Chief Executive Officer. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in finance, accounting, and strategic leadership.
Miroslaw Kastelik has a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they completed from 2006 to 2007. Miroslaw also holds a Master's degree in Economics of Real Estate and Investments from Krakow University of Economics, obtained from 1988 to 1993. Additionally, they have an accounting certification as a Chartered Certified Accountant from the Polish National Chamber of Statutory Auditors, obtained in 2005.
