Roman Otto

Roman Otto has extensive work experience in procurement and management roles. Roman currently serves as the Global Procurement Director for Direct Materials at Boryszew S.A. and previously held the position of Procurement Director for Raw Materials at the same company. Before that, they worked as the Procurement and Logistics Director at Polwax S.A., where they also served as the Head of Procurement and Plant Manager. Prior to that, Roman worked as the Procurement Director at ORLEN OIL Sp. z o.o., Paged Meble S.A., and Unipetrol, a.s. Roman started their career as a Project Manager in Consulting, followed by a role as the Head of Non-Food Department at Makro Cash and Carry Poland. Roman also worked at IKEA, where they held various positions including Managing Director of the Purchasing Office and Store Director. Roman began their professional journey at Lear Corporation as the Plant Director and Board Member.

Roman Otto earned a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from The Silesian University of Technology from 1987 to 1992. Roman then pursued postgraduate studies in Marketing at Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach from 1993 to 1994.
