Colleen O'Hare

Colleen O'Hare has over 13 years of experience with MAG Aerospace, advancing to the role of Program Manager while supporting various Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition and testing contracts for Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR). With over 11 years of program management expertise, responsibilities have included overseeing daily test team activities, managing a $150M Naval Air Acquisition Program, and providing strategic analysis for F/A-18 operations. Additionally, Colleen has worked at Ausley Associates, Inc. in various analyst roles and led corporate human resources functions at SkipJack Studios. An alumnus of Harvard University and Ellis University, Colleen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Behavioral Psychology and an MBA. Security clearance includes Top Secret (TS/SSBI) with TS/SCI eligibility and a CI Polygraph.
