Joseph Reale

CEO at MAG Aerospace

Joseph Reale is the current CEO at MAG Aerospace and was previously the Strategic Advisor at Green Barrel, LLC from September 2018 to August 2019. Prior to that, they were the President at Camber Corporation - a Huntington Ingalls company from January 2012 to September 2018 where they led all operations, strategy, and financial performance for the $350M company. During their time at Camber Corporation, they implemented a strategic growth plan that incorporated organic pipeline development, account executive strategic plan and M&A gap analysis which led to the capture and award of various government contracts. In addition, they were responsible for stabilizing Camber post acquisition and delivered high single-digit revenue growth while maintaining a double-digit EBITDA.

Before Camber Corporation, Joseph Reale served in the U.S. Army for 20 years as an Airborne Ranger Infantry Officer. Joseph retired as a Lieutenant Colonel after leading soldiers in combat during Operations Desert Shield/Storm, Kosovo and Afghanistan. Following their military career, they worked as a business development executive in the defense industry where they supported the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force and intelligence community.

Joseph Reale holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Joseph'story from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master’s Degree in National Security Studies from the United States Naval War College.

Joseph Reale has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Joseph is certified in AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
