Melissa Logsdon

Melissa Logsdon has a strong background in human resources, with their most recent role being the Chief Human Resources Officer at MAG Aerospace since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Chief People Officer at IronNet Cybersecurity from 2015 to 2023. Melissa also held the position of Human Resources, VP at Thermopylae Sciences and Technology from 2008 to 2015. Melissa started their career at TAC WORLDWIDE COMPANIES as a Recruiter in 1999 and later worked as an HR Manager at Object Sciences Corporation before its acquisition by SAIC in 2002. From 2005 to 2008, they served as a Human Resources Business Partner and Associate Vice President at SAIC. Throughout their various roles, Melissa has demonstrated their expertise in human resources and people management.

Melissa Logsdon (she/her) holds a Masters in Human Resources from Virginia Tech, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services, which they completed in 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree from James Madison University in 1999.
