Marie Lundgren

Marie Lundgren has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and people management. Marie is currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at MAG Interactive since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Star Stable Entertainment AB as the Chief People Officer from March 2021 to April 2022 and as the HR Director from May 2018 to March 2021.

Marie also has a significant tenure at Visma, where they held multiple roles. From June 2013 to May 2018, they served as an HR Manager, responsible for various HR functions such as talent management, recruitment, labor relations, and strategic projects. During this time, they implemented an agile talent management process and developed a trainee program for IT students. From October 2013 to August 2016, they served as the Head of Employer Branding, successfully improving Visma's employer brand ranking. Additionally, from October 2012 to May 2013, they worked as an HR and Employer Branding specialist, supporting one of the companies in the Visma group.

Marie's earlier experience includes working as a Recruiter and Researcher at Wise Professionals AB from November 2011 to October 2012 and as an HR Coordinator - Consultant through Academic Work at Microsoft from April 2011 to November 2011.

Marie began their career at Academic Work, where they held two positions simultaneously. Marie worked as a Consultant Manager Assistant from March 2008 to January 2011 and as a Staffing Manager from January 2009 to November 2009.

Throughout their career, Marie has demonstrated expertise in various HR areas, including talent management, recruitment, employer branding, and employee engagement. Marie has successfully implemented strategic initiatives and has a strong track record of improving employer branding rankings.

Marie Lundgren completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Stockholm University, starting in 2007 and graduating in 2011. Marie also took a course in Företagsekonomi II, 30 hp at the same university, from 2010 to 2011. In 2006, they attended the University of Gothenburg for a Svenska/Nordiska språk grundkurs, 30 hp. Additionally, in 2015, they obtained a BAM - Bra arbetsmiljö certification from Prevent. Furthermore, they earned a certification in Rekryteringstester: Shapes - Views - Scales - MapTQ from the cut-e Group in March 2015.
