Abanoub Neseem

Abanoub Neseem is a seasoned professional in call center operations with a robust background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Vice President of Call Center Operations at MAG Lifestyle Development since January 2025, Abanoub is responsible for developing and executing telesales strategies aligned with organizational goals. Previously, as Director of Call Center Operations for The First Group in Egypt, Abanoub managed call center performance and ensured the achievement of telesales targets. Experience includes roles as Operations Account Manager at Teleperformance, Operations Manager at HotelsPro, and multiple leadership positions at Teleperformance Egypt, including Contact Center Operations Manager. Abanoub holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Cairo University.
