Julie Lowndes

Julie Lowndes is a seasoned Programme Consultant and Head of PMO with extensive experience in programme management and consultancy across various sectors, including airports, financial services, and nuclear energy. Since September 2015, Julie has been associated with J LOWNDES LIMITED, contributing to programme management and PMO initiatives. Current roles include Head of PMO at MAG (Airports Group) and prior PMO consultancy at Forbes Project Solutions for Silicon Valley Bank, as well as previous positions at UK National Nuclear Laboratory, Swinton Group, and Bank of America. Earlier career milestones include a significant tenure at Barclays, where leadership encompassed transformation programme management, service delivery, and senior project management roles. Julie's foundational experience began at Citi and CO-OP Financial Services, where skills were honed in strategic programmes and business analysis.
