Carolien Poelman-Vlieger

Carolien Poelman-Vlieger has over 25 years of experience in various roles related to human resources, learning and development, and recruitment. In their most recent position as Director of Human Resources at MAG45, they were responsible for leading the HR department and implementing performance management strategies for the company's operations worldwide. Prior to this, Carolien held roles such as Group Manager of Management Development at Royal Imtech N.V, HR Development Manager at Imtech Nederland, and Key Account Director of Learning and Development at Conclusion and FREIA. In these positions, they worked on designing and implementing development programs, managing stakeholders, and improving learning and development strategies. Carolien also has experience in recruitment, having served as the Manager of Recruitment and Selection at KPN Belgium. Before that, Carolien was involved in various projects in sales, marketing, and HR at KPN. Carolien started their career as a self-employed entrepreneur, founding an outdoor training agency focused on team building and personal effectiveness. Throughout their career, Carolien has demonstrated a strong ability to develop and implement effective HR and learning strategies to support organizational growth and performance improvement.

Carolien Poelman-Vlieger has a master's degree in psychology, with a specialization in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, from Utrecht University.
