Antonio Acker

Antonio Acker is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in technology and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Associate Tech Strategist at Throughline, Inc. since September 2021, Antonio previously held the position of Technical Support Specialist in the same company. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at UPS from November 2013 to August 2021, where Antonio contributed as a Mentor, Safety Committee Member, and Preloader. Additionally, experience as an IT Customer Service Analyst at Accenture Federal Services was undertaken for a short period in early 2021. Antonio has also worked in various roles in the hospitality sector, including positions at Fort Belvoir Officers Club and P.F. Chang's China Bistro Inc.
