Giovanni de Liso

Giovanni De Liso is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various senior leadership roles. Currently serving as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Magaldi Group since May 2025, Giovanni previously held several key positions, including Group Human Resources Director and International HR Director at Seda International Packaging Group from May 2020 to May 2025. Prior to that, Giovanni was the Vice President of Human Resources for Major Entity Italy at Hitachi Rail STS from March 2019 to May 2020 and served as Vice President of Human Resources at Ansaldo STS for over 15 years, acquiring a breadth of experience in various HR functions. Giovanni's educational background includes an MBA in Business Administration from Stoà and a Master's degree in Political Science from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II.
