Alfred Murgado has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Alfred began their career as an Accounting Clerk at Us Grounds Maintenance in 2005. In 2006, they transitioned to Allstate as a Manager of Sales, where they remained until 2011. Alfred then joined Safeguard Casualty as a Senior Compliance Manager. In 2012, they moved to M Group Insurance as an Insurance Sales Manager and subsequently became the Director of Consumer Relations at Zoom Locker, Inc in 2014. Alfred then returned to the insurance industry as an Insurance Sales Manager at Magaya Insurance Services, Inc. Alfred further advanced in the company, taking on the role of Insurance Sales Manager and implementing successful sales campaigns. In 2020, Alfred joined Magaya Corporation as the Director of Marketing Operations, responsible for Salesforce administration, project management, and maintaining data synchronization between HubSpot and Salesforce.

Alfred Murgado obtained their high school diploma from the American School Of Correspondence in 2007. Prior to that, they attended Hialeah Senior High School from 2003 to 2005. From 2012 to 2017, Alfred attended Miami Dade College, although they did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. In terms of additional certifications, Alfred obtained their Resident General Lines Insurance Agent - 220 certification from the State of Florida in March 2015. Alfred also holds various certifications from the HubSpot Academy, including HubSpot Reporting, Inbound Marketing, Hubspot Marketing Software, and Hubspot Sales Software, all obtained in 2021. In May 2018, Alfred obtained their Surplus Lines Insurance Agent certification from the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation.
