Kristhian Krstonosic

Kristhian Krstonosic has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and positions.

Starting in 2006, they worked as a Product Manager in Financial Consulting Group F.C.G., overseeing the deployment of financial consolidation and modeling solutions using Oracle - Hyperion.

In 2008, they joined BanValor Banco Comercial as a Business Development professional, focusing on Institutional Fixed Income and Money Markets. Kristhian successfully increased trading revenue and client base, while also managing portfolio strategies.

From 2008 to 2010, Kristhian worked at Invesur Sociedad de Corretaje de Titulos Valores as a Business Development professional, where they developed and oversaw the Fixed Income division. Kristhian also led new product development and managed various software deployments.

In 2010, they joined Organizacion Kappa as a Product Manager, implementing Enterprise Content Management solutions and boosting profitability through partnerships and sales growth.

From 2012 to 2018, they served as a Business Development and Project Manager at Campo Marzio Latin America, focusing on retail, wholesale, and supply chain management.

In 2019, Kristhian worked as a Product Manager and Developer for a Freight Forwarding and Logistics Company, leading teams and developing a new digital app for supply chain and logistics solutions.

Starting in 2020, they worked at US Vehicle Security Group, where they led various projects including the design and launch of an e-commerce platform and the development of warehousing and inventory management processes.

In 2022, they moved on to Mean DAO and Magaya Corporation, both as a Product Manager, with the former focusing on blockchain infrastructure and the latter specializing in supply chain and logistics software.

Throughout their career, Kristhian has demonstrated their ability to manage teams, develop successful strategies, and lead product development from conception to launch.

Kristhian Krstonosic completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello from 1998 to 2003. Kristhian then pursued an Associate's degree in Financial Engineering at Universidad Metropolitana (VE) from 2007 to 2008. Additionally, Kristhian has obtained several certifications, including "Become an Agile Project Manager" and "Learning Asana" from LinkedIn in August 2021, "Scrum: Advanced" from LinkedIn in July 2021, "Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®)" from Scrum Alliance in April 2022, and "Facebook Certified Digital Marketing Associate" from Facebook in May 2021. Kristhian also holds a Business Consulting Diploma from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, and has completed various courses and programs related to finance and capital markets at the Caracas Stock Exchange, including "Fixed Income Market Specialist," "Information Analysis," "Portfolio Investment Management," "Specialist in Capital Markets," and "Valuation of Financial Instruments."
