Dina El Gazzar has had a varied work experience over the years. Dina started their career in 1995 as a Sales Director at Palma Pyramids Real Estate Project. From 2002 to 2008, they worked as an Analyst at Wachovia Bank, N.A. where they were responsible for updating compliance files and maintaining customer relationships. In 2008, they became the VP for Private Banking at Pharos Holding for Financial Investments. Dina later joined Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise in 2010 as the Commercial Director for their Mobile Advertising Project. From 2014 to 2017, they served as the Director of Fundraising at The American University in Cairo. Most recently, they have been the VP for Development and Fundraising at Magdi Yacoub Foundation since 2018.

Dina El Gazzar completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at The American University in Cairo from 1984 to 1988.
