Karlis Stipnieks

Karlis Stipnieks has a diverse work experience starting from 2010. Karlis began their career as a Logistics Coordinator at Latvijas Pasts, where they gained valuable experience in work automation processes and delivery optimization. In 2012, Karlis joined Suncore as a Board Member and Lead Project Manager, where they successfully scaled the online gaming payment solution and contributed to its sale in 2014. Karlis then co-founded and served as the Head of Business Development at Digital agency Netcore, where they managed big projects and clients while solving various management and workflow issues. In 2016, Karlis became the Chief Operations Officer at Mediazer, a fast-growing technology startup involved in pre-seed fundraising. Karlis played a crucial role in the final product development stages and explored the software's full potential.
