Beth M. Bandler

Beth Bandler is a Canadian businesswoman who is currently the Director at Magellan Aerospace Corp. Beth has also been the SVP and General Counsel, Legal and Human Resources at Harry Winston Diamond Corporation, now called Dominion Diamond Corporation, and VP General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Hawker Siddeley Canada.

Bandler has extensive experience in the legal field, and has used their skills to help various organizations. As Chair of Nominating and Governance Committee at Hamilton Festival Theatre Company, they implemented governance policies and procedures, established a matrix of existing board competencies, and reviewed resumes of people submitting to become board members. Beth also participated in selecting new external auditors as a member of Finance Committee at Harry Winston Diamond Corporation.

Bandler has been recognized for their work in the corporate world. In 2010, they were named one of "Canada's Top 100 Most Powerful Women" by the Women's Executive Network.

Beth M. Bandler has a Bachelor's Degree in Science from McGill University, a Master's Degree in Science Applied from McGill University, an LLB/Doctor Juris from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University in Canada, and they are a Chartered Director from McMaster University and the Conference Board of Canada. Beth has also completed the Executive Management Program at Penn State University, the Financial Literacy Program for Directors and Executives at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management, and the Program on Negotiation for Senior Executives at Harvard University.
