Peter Stanchev

Peter Stanchev has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Corporate Human Resources Manager for Total Rewards at Magellan Aerospace Limited since November 2013. In this role, Peter manages all aspects of corporate compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and employee benefits. Previously, Peter held the positions of Global Recruitment Manager and Global Recruitment Lead, during which time a successful talent acquisition team was established across Canada, the USA, and the UK, resulting in reduced recruitment costs and improved time-to-fill metrics. Peter has also acted as Employment Equity Lead and Industrial Security Subject Matter Expert for the company. Earlier experience includes a role as a Recruiter at American Income Life, contributing to the attainment of recruitment goals. Peter holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from York University, obtained from 2006 to 2010.
