Elsa Grosso

Elsa GROSSO has extensive experience in management and consulting, primarily within the insurance and banking sectors, having worked with Magellan Consulting since July 2010. As a Transition Manager, Elsa oversees a technology department that includes digital teams and management of IARD indemnification, managing a staff of 80. Previously, roles included Principal and Operations Director for the Banking and Insurance sector, focusing on strategy implementation, recruitment, and commercial development. Notably, project management experience includes international deployments of core HR solutions, governance of third-party access to tools, and enhancements in employee services.
