Beth Rubio

Beth (Arnold) Rubio, MSW, LICSW is an experienced social worker with a diverse background in various roles within healthcare and military support. Currently serving as a Military Family Life Counselor at Magellan Federal since January 2022, Beth focuses on addressing the challenges faced by military families. With extensive experience as a Per Diem Social Worker and Interim Director of Client Services at Tandem Care Associates, Beth has contributed to public health initiatives as a Behavioral Health Specialist for the Region 4a Medical Reserve Corp since 2006. An Independent Social Work Consultant since 1996, Beth holds previous positions in social work across several organizations including Ascend Health and Emerson Hospital, and has a solid educational foundation with a Master of Social Work from Boston College and additional coursework in Organizational Behavior from Boston College Carroll School of Management and UMass Boston.
