Rachel Betancourt, currently serving as the Lead Labor Cost Control Accountant at Magellan Federal since July 2020, has extensive experience in payroll processing, compliance with government regulations, and employee training. Rachel's responsibilities include overseeing the payroll process, mentoring new hires, performing internal audits, and ensuring accurate labor allocation to projects. Prior to this role, Rachel worked as a Senior Labor Cost Control Accountant at the same company and held positions at AMEWAS, Inc., Precise Systems, Inc., T. Parker Host, Pepco Holdings, Synatech, Inc., and TD Bank.
