Ronald Roberts

Ronald Roberts, LCSW, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social work and program management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Federal Program Management for the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) at Magellan Federal since February 2020, Ronald previously held the position of Senior Program Manager in the Department of Psychiatry at Penn Medicine. Ronald's career spans over two decades at UnitedHealth Group, where responsibilities included serving as EAP Director for Management Consultation Services. Ronald also gained valuable experience as an Acute Care Services After-hours Manager at Merit Behavioral Care and as a Psychiatric Social Worker at Holy Spirit Hospital. Ronald holds a Master of Social Work degree from Temple University and a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
