Dave R. is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in transformation and technology within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Transformation at Magellan Health since June 2020, Dave plays a crucial role in managing large-scale projects and quality improvement initiatives while collaborating with executive management. Prior to this, Dave spent nearly a decade at Anthem, Inc. in various roles, including Director of Technology, where oversight of enterprise projects and team management was a primary focus. Earlier experience includes positions at Optimity Advisors and Navigant Consulting, where Dave provided strategic consulting and technology analysis for healthcare organizations. Dave holds a Master’s in Medical Informatics from Northwestern University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Operations and Information Technology from William & Mary.
