David Dutkus

David Dutkus currently serves as Vice President & Associate General Counsel at Magellan Health Services since 2009. Prior to this, David held the position of Vice President-Legal and Risk Manager at HLTH Corporation from 2000 to 2009, providing legal counsel on various business matters including real estate, insurance, and compliance. David has extensive legal experience, previously working as Associate Counsel and Consultant at Merck/Medco Managed Care, Senior Corporate Counsel at Thomas & Betts Corporation, and Executive Vice President at KMK Realty Capital, among other roles. David began a legal career as House Counsel at Jamesway Corporation and has also held positions at Kmart Corporation and Cadence Industries Corporation. David obtained a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1978.
