Elizabeth van Delden

Elizabeth Van Delden, LISW-CP, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience in various healthcare and educational settings. Currently serving as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Your Health since 2025 and a Military and Family Life Counselor at Magellan Health since April 2022, Elizabeth has previously worked as a Crisis Intake Specialist at Trident Medical Center and provided support to dialysis patients at DaVita Kidney Care.
