Jill Finklang

Jill Finklang is an experienced leader with a strong background in operational effectiveness and client implementations within the healthcare sector, currently serving as Vice President at Magellan Health. Since joining in 2002, Jill has excelled in developing and executing client implementation strategies, leveraging a hybrid Lean Six Sigma and PMP approach to enhance productivity and quality. Previous roles include Vice President of Enterprise Healthcare Training, where Jill improved training consistency across a large staff, and Director of Project Management, overseeing large-scale projects and implementations. Early career experience includes project management at Integrated Project Management and various engineering and management roles at The Boeing Company, contributing to cost reduction and regulatory compliance. Jill holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology and is certified in Project Management and Lean Six Sigma.
