Nicole Lachance

Nicole LaChance has over 20 years of extensive experience in operational and IT management within healthcare-related fields. Currently serving as IT Manager for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) at Magellan Health since September 2007, Nicole has successfully led various EDI transactions and developed project plans, business requirements, and user test cases. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Holistic Health & Wellness, where responsibilities encompassed overall operations and patient satisfaction, and Director at DJR Consulting Service, Inc., managing client relations and event logistics. Additional experience includes Operations Manager at Gateway Physician Services Inc. and Executive Accounts Manager at Gateway EDI. Nicole began a career at Quest Diagnostics as a Team Lead in Billing Customer Service. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Lindenwood University, obtained between 2013 and 2017.
