Sayuri Yamanaka

Sayuri Yamanaka is the Community Engagement Manager at Sustainable Food Center, where Sayuri cultivates community partnerships, develops bilingual materials, and leads various engagement initiatives. Sayuri is also responsible for promoting sustainability and community outreach at The Magellan International School. As the Co-founder and Project Manager at PUNTO VERDE CONSULTORES S.C., Sayuri led projects focused on training programs to drive paradigm change. With their background in environmental science, Sayuri has also worked as a Project Manager at TECNOLÓGICO DE MONTERREY, coordinating environmental education programs. Sayuri has a strong educational background including a Master's degree in Environmental Science from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
