Scott Hibbard

Scott Hibbard currently serves as the Head of School at The Magellan International School, a position held since August 2018. Previously, Scott held various leadership roles including General Director at Colegio Menor San Francisco de Quito (2013-2018) and Colegio Británico Internacional (2011-2013), as well as Director at Cedar International School (2007-2011) and General Director at Colegio Menor San Francisco de Quito (1995-2007). Additionally, Scott has experience as a Secondary Teacher and Middle School Principal during the earlier years at Colegio Menor San Francisco de Quito. The professional journey also includes service as a Community Development Volunteer with the Peace Corps from 1990 to 1994. Academic qualifications include a Master of Education in Curriculum and Teaching from Boston University, a Master of Arts in Latin American Studies from The University of New Mexico, and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from Boston University.
