Ryan D. Foss has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ryan D. began their career in the aviation industry as an Aircraft Cleaning and Office Maintenance personnel at Sharkey's Helicopter Inc. in 2007. In 2010, they ventured into entrepreneurship and founded ExpertVaca.com, a successful travel-deal-sharing website. Ryan then joined Concord Aviation Services as a Line Service Technician and Customer Service Representative from an unknown start date until August 2013. Ryan D. gained valuable experience at the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) as a JFK Air Traffic Control Tower Intern from September to December 2013, where they worked closely with Air Traffic Controllers and simulated exercises. Since 2014, Ryan has been associated with Magellan Jets in various roles. Ryan D. started as a Flight Support Specialist and progressively advanced to become a Senior Flight Support Specialist, Flight Support Team Lead, and Director of Flight Support, responsible for managing client flight operations, personnel hiring and training, vendor and client communication, and relationship management. Currently, Ryan holds the position of Vice President of Flight Operations & Service at Magellan Jets, a role they assumed in January 2022.

Ryan D. Foss has a diverse education background. Ryan D. attended Kearsarge Regional High School from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained their diploma. Following high school, they enrolled at Dowling College from 2010 to 2014 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations, with a minor in Business. Ryan furthered their education by attending various professional seminars and conferences. In September 2014, they participated in the Air Safety Institute Seminar Series, focusing on AOPA Safety Seminar and Real World Weather. In April 2016, Ryan completed The Ritz-Carlton Experience at The Leadership Center in Boston. Ryan D. also attended The Art Of Five Diamond Service program in March 2016, offered by J. Cooperstein Hospitality Consulting, LLC. Ryan continued their professional development by participating in the NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference in 2016, where they specialized in Dispatcher's Guide to Aircraft and Runway Performance and Dispatcher's Guide to Flight Planning.
