Neha Sengupta has held various roles in customer relationship management, policy compliance coordination, communications management, training, and event coordination across different companies. Currently, Neha is working as a Customer Relationship Management Lead at Magenta Mobility. Prior to this, Neha was a Customer Relationship Management Manager at Arelang Naturals and a Coordinator for Policy Compliance at Forever Living Products. Neha also has experience as a Communications Manager at DusBus and Knowall Services Private Limited, as well as an Event Coordinator at Red Magma Productions. Neha holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics from Calcutta University.
