Bolanle Agbaje

Bolanle Agbaje has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology from Babcock University. Starting as a System Support Engineer at Digital Communication Konsult, then training as a Network Engineer at VDT Communications Limited, and now leading the Customer Relationship Management team there. As a Customer Support Executive, Bolanle ensured client needs were met and conducted regular check-ins to enhance satisfaction and identify sales opportunities. In the current role, Bolanle coordinates Client Service Executives' activities and ensures timely resolution of client escalations while monitoring incident volume and fulfillment.
