George Patrascu

George Patrascu is a seasoned Radio Networks Engineer with extensive experience in telecommunications. Currently employed at Magenta Telekom since August 2016, George specializes in RAN engineering and lifecycle management across 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies, overseeing hardware design, configuration, and rollout processes. Prior to this role, George worked at Huawei Technologies as a Wireless RAN Engineer, managing interface integration and roll-out coordination for various technologies, and held a position at ZTE Corporation as a Field Swap Supervisor, supervising installation and troubleshooting of UTRAN equipment. George began the telecommunications career as a Telecommunications Field Engineer at RADCOM S.R.L., focusing on microwave and Wimax installations. George holds a Dipl. Ing. degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iași, obtained in 2007.
