athalie Rau, born in 1975, took over responsibility for HR at Magenta Telekom in January 2022. She previously worked as Head of HR at Universal Music in Berlin and has moved back to Austria for the new position. Rau was Vice President Human Resources and Organization at Austrian Airlines from 2017 to 2020 and has more than 15 years of experience in various positions in HR in Germany and Austria.
Nathalie Rau has been working in HR since 2005, initially at the Bertelsmann Group, where she was promoted to Head of Human Resources at arvato direct services in 2007 and was responsible for several locations. In 2011, Rau moved to the Lufthansa subsidiary Eurowings as Head of Human Resources, where she worked until the end of 2016. At the beginning of 2017, she moved to Vienna to join Austrian Airlines, where, as head of the Human Resources and Organization department, she was responsible not only for classic personnel agendas but also for cultural and agile transformation. In February 2020, Rau moved to Universal Music in Berlin, where, as a member of the management board, she was responsible for personnel matters until the end of a transformation project towards "Future Work". Rau studied law in Passau, Le Mans and Toulouse.
